Per-role user pages: Manager, Host, Speaker/Tutor, Moderator, Service Provider, Attendee/Delegate, Observer, plus Getting started, General usage, Roles overview, Help and support.
Admin pages for settings, users and permissions, content types, task patterns, books and content, webforms, recipes, reports.
Developer guide with Architecture, Repository layout, Tooling, per-module pages, Entities, ECA models index + 10 per-model pages, Config management, Testing, Contributing, Release process.
AI agent section with Orientation, Where things live, Common workflows, Do and don't.
Roadmap with Open issues and Known limitations.

All previous documentation in this repo (under docs/admin/, docs/books/, docs/groups/, docs/taskpatterns/, plus docs/usage.md and docs/help.md) has been replaced. The content has been migrated and expanded into the new structure.
