The organisation/company is the top level group. All events that get created inside of that group belong to that group.

In other words, the org/company group gets created first. Then events get created within that organisation. A sponsor inside that organisation sees all the events inside that organisation, and no other events.

Also, because of the group that "owns" the events, sessions and users, nobody ever needs to enter a name for that org ever.
